If the line cannot be cleared within the Level 2 service scope, this often indicates a larger underlying issue. Findings will be explained and repair or replacement options discussed before any additional work is performed.
Every sewer blockage is different, which is why we offer Level 1 and Level 2 snaking services. Most standard soft clogs are cleared within Level 1, while tougher blockages, roots, or hard-to-reach lines may require Level 2. Each level includes a defined scope and up to one or two hours of active clearing effort. If a line can’t be fully cleared within the selected level, we’ll stop, explain what we found, and discuss the best next steps — so you know exactly what’s happening and there are no surprises.

Using a high-resolution camera, we can identify blockages, pipe damage, offsets, roots, and other issues that could cause backups. Every home’s plumbing is different, and a camera inspection gives you a clear view of what’s happening inside your pipes. It helps us determine the most effective solution and gives homeowners confidence that any recommended work is truly necessary.
Main Laterial Sewer Jetting (Large Trailer Jetter)
$945 Upfront Flat Rate Pricing

High-pressure water jetting of the full main sewer line

What it is
Main line jetting uses high-pressure water to remove roots, grease, and debris from your sewer line. Unlike snaking, jetting thoroughly cleans the pipe walls and restores full flow, helping prevent future backups. It’s a safe, effective way to handle tough clogs or recurring issues without excavation.
Why It Matters
Some blockages are stubborn or built up over time. Jetting not only clears the obstruction but also helps keep your sewer line clean for longer. By addressing the root cause of slow drains, it can save homeowners time, hassle, and repeated service calls.
Whole-House Underground Trap Replacement
$2500-$4000* (Clear Quotes Provided Before Work Begins. No hidden fees)
Includes:
-
Excavation to access the trap
-
Removal of the existing trap
-
Installation of a new trap or cleanout and connection to the main sewer line
-
Backfill and restoration as quoted
-
Labor for permit application to local municipal
-
Owner-operator work to ensure quality and proper installation
What it is
The underground house trap connects your home’s plumbing system to the main sewer line. Replacing it requires excavation, removal of the old trap, and installation of a new one to ensure proper flow and prevent backups. Old whole-house traps are a common problem area, as they can become damaged or clogged over time — almost like a clogged artery in your plumbing system.
Why it matters
A damaged or obstructed house trap can cause recurring backups, odors, and potential damage. Proper replacement requires the right equipment, careful planning, and skilled hands — cutting corners can lead to repeated problems. Depending on the situation, we either replace the trap or install a cleanout to resolve the issue safely and effectively.
* Typical ranges only. All work is quoted individually.
Sewer Line Replacement Costs
$50-$250 per foot (Clear Quotes Provided Before Work Begins. No hidden fees)
The length of the sewer line is the biggest factor in determining the cost of replacement. Sewer line replacement typically ranges from $50 to $250 per foot, with most homeowners paying between $50 and $125 per foot. Costs depend on line length, accessibility, and any obstacles that may require extra work. We provide upfront, transparent pricing so you know what to expect before we start — no surprises.
Sewer Line Spot Repair Costs
$1000-$3500* (Clear Quotes Provided Before Work Begins. No hidden fees)
Includes:
-
Excavation to access the trap
-
Removal of the existing trap
-
Installation of a new trap or cleanout and connection to the main sewer line
-
Backfill and restoration as quoted
-
Labor for permit application to local municipal
-
Owner-operator oversight to ensure quality and proper installation
What it is
A spot repair addresses a specific damaged or blocked section of your sewer line without replacing the entire pipe. Using trenchless or open-cut methods depending on access and pipe condition, we repair just the problem area, restoring proper flow and preventing further damage.
Why it matters
Even a small damaged section can cause recurring backups, odors, or leaks. Spot repairs are a cost-effective solution that targets the problem without unnecessary disruption to your yard or plumbing system. Proper repair requires the right equipment and skill to ensure the line is secure and long-lasting.
* Typical ranges only. All work is quoted individually.
